Next Stage 15+ offers the student the chance to work as an assistant director. Throughout the production the student will be taught many facets, such as, directing, staging, design & costume, rehearsal methods & final production.
For a Musical Production to realise its full potential, a person needs to impress his or her point of view. That person is the Director.
Each student will collaborate from the start with the Musical Director. The project will cover professional practise, technical knowledge, working with singers & musicians.
With support & advice, the student will be given the opportunity to work with the cast on several Production numbers.
It is the marketing department’s job to design & implement the marketing campaign from choosing an image for the poster to booking a rehearsal photographer for publicity shots.
Marketing design and production starts with the long term planning for the production ahead. The production manager generally is responsible for budgeting, scheduling work, and coordinating the various production departments.

A Production Company requires a solid team. Working side by side with a Director, a Stage Manager will record the Directors decisions regarding blocking and notes for the Actors, scheduling & communication during rehearsals to the rest of the Team.
Lighting & Sound Assistant opportunities will be available for interested students. Weekly, lively exchanges of ideas & impressions will ensure a collaborative process.
